Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arlington (I-20-Parks Mall) at 1721 Pleasant Place, Arlington, Texas.

This place got three stars instead of two because the girl at the front desk, America, is pretty awesome. She went the extra mile to help me with my reservation. This was actually 5 star customer service.
The rooms are very clean and I like the Kurig. But the bed lamps only have one outlet, and they seem to be temperamental depending on the charger you use. Which kinda stinks.
Lamp shade is busted, toilet makes a really loud sound for a long time. I travel a lot and usually stay at the Hampton but this was closer to the jobsite I was visiting. I will probably drive the few extra miles next time though.
Update 2/5/18 so this place in Arlington stinks (but they are updating) I would like to add don't write off Holiday Inn just yet. I am at one in Austin, TX by the airport and it's freaking awesome!
