Everyone who works here is absolutely fantastic. Dr Milne uses a combination of chiropractic and pressure points to treat. It is nice to find a chiropractor who doesn't mind doing big adjustments using either hands or instruments. They also have no issue telling people they need to go see a medical doctor if the situation dictates it.

The masseuses are fantastic, and will use as little or as much pressure as you want. Nancy seems to have a gift of finding problem areas and taking care of them.

They have a small gym at the facility, and offer cheap competative gym memberships.

They offer other services as well (weight loss, hypnosis, accupuncture, etc) but I have not tried any of those.
